Worked With Jason Buck at Wetzel, outstanding experience with Jason and his finance team. Its been along time since we have worked with a dealership that made us feel like customer service was important. Highly recommend this dealership. They found the car we wanted and went and picked it up overnight and the whole experience was fast paced and didn't take all day to complete, they valued our wait time and explained everything start to finish thoroughly. This is now my go to dealer as long as this team is in place.
Bought vehicle new from there. At 55000 Jeep was losing oil ,i also bought the extended warranty!! My Jeep engine is trashed , they have had it since March 5 2025 , it's now April 27 2025 still no Jeep, neither warranty, factory or extended will fix the engine they say it's my problem. The mechanic at Wetzel told us it's a defect in the engine and doesn't understand why they won't replace it. I have lost my income , and could possibly lose my job. If I could rate zero stars I would. I was in contact with 3 different employees and yet not one of them would help me in what I was needing. I can understand handing me off to a salesman from the manager, but hearing from a completely different lot is unacceptable. Unless you're waving around handfuls of money or wanting to buy the biggest, most expensive thing, don't bother, you get pushed aside and marginalized.
I was a little worried about buying a truck form a dealership over an hour away from home. I was pleasantly surprised to find the right truck at a good price. Jason Buck handled the sale in an honest no pressure negation. I am happy with the truck. Thanks Jason.
No complamery car wash during survive.Was told had life time free car wash when I bought car.Wezel Honda washed everytime. Poor customer service

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to spend a whole day at the store like to get a car and do the paper work.
Went in for interior parts and had a bigger issue and instead of costing me more money they were able to come up with a easy and inexpensive work around and took their time to do the job right.

Kahl Wise worked very hard to find the exact truck I wanted. The price was reasonable and Kahl was very professional but also very personable. I have referred several of my friend's and family to Wetzel and Kahl Wise.
After the local dealership sold the car we wanted to an employee instead of a customer, we drove almost 2 hours away to get to the dealership since they had the exact car I wanted. We showed up right before they closed and Zach took care of us. He didn't act annoyed despite being stuck at work a little later than he anticipated. Jessica at Chrysler service is always friendly and really helpful. Even though they are really busy at times, she listens to my concerns and goes the extra mile.
Our salesperson Jason was there with any questions, gave us options, listened to what we wanted and made us comfortable with what we were buying! This was overall my best experience buying a car from this dealership!
This is our 3rd car we bought at wetzel. Every time we there we recieved great service.. they give you follow up calls or text with in a week to see how everything is and if you have any concerns.

Very friendly people easy to negotiate with! Give you the best deal they can without any run around or having to go back and forth for 2 hours before you get the good deal they laid out on the table all they can do for you and I sure appreciate it! I bought new vehicles in the past this is like number 4 for me and it was a lot less stress and time involved! Overall great people to work with and I will buy again if I do decide to purchase another new vehicle
Wetzel had a great selection of Jeep Wranglers, especially models with custom options. The custom leather interior and exterior color combo was the Jeep of my dreams. Chris Ponder made our experience very easy and painless. We were in and out in less than an hour, back on the road enjoying our new wheels with the top off! I would highly recommend Wetzel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram if you’re in the market for a super awesome, super CUTE Jeep Wrangler.

Not much to say when you have a great all around experience. Perfect dealer in the service dept. Clean, friendly and most of all, they done the work the other dealer said they couldn't do. 19 minutes and out the door. FANTASTIC!!!!!
